Dave White is a career systems engineer with the Navy.  He took up recreational cycling 15 years ago, after enduring enough marathons. 

Dave and his wife Nancy (aka "Stoker") enjoy riding their tandem to local and distance destinations and tours, as a fun and engaging form of transport and recreation. He also celebrates the therapeutic aspects of cycling and helps cyclists with disabilities to enjoy the simple pleasures of riding a bike.  Dave's interests led to development of Pedal to the Park, a project promoting the recreational and social benefits of cycling for all.  He is also a Board Member in the North County Cycle Club, and member of SD Tandem Club and SD Bicycle Club.
